Warm Up
I don't wanna see laziness, folks!! C'mon! The
warm up is veeeery important in the life of any athlete. I bet you already
heard this phrase of your work out teacher or trainer, right? Before
any physical activity you should say to your body what is coming. Will
a soccer game? A voleyboll competition or working out in an academy?
What else, the warm up is the best way to do this.
Without the appropriate warm up your organism will be surprise when
you really start to do the physical exercises. Then, risk of happening
a muscular distention or will be larger than in a people who previously
