Warm Up

I don't wanna see laziness, folks!! C'mon! The warm up is veeeery important in the life of any athlete. I bet you already heard this phrase of your work out teacher or trainer, right? Before any physical activity you should say to your body what is coming. Will a soccer game? A voleyboll competition or working out in an academy? What else, the warm up is the best way to do this.

Without the appropriate warm up your organism will be surprise when you really start to do the physical exercises. Then, risk of happening a muscular distention or will be larger than in a people who previously became warm (do read more...).

Exercise 1 Warm up for legs. It propitiates lateral splits (side splits). It stretchs the internal muscles of the thighs, In the groin until knee.
Exercise 2 Lateral Split. It prolongates the pior muscles of the leg (back of legs), in the thigh until heel.
Exercise 3 flexing of the thorax ahead with straight legs for stretching from muscles in behind of the thigh and legs.
