During Exercises

To get the maximum of yield over each exercise it should be accomplished with partners whenever possible (image 1). He's gonna help you forcing your body at ways you'd never get alone. But if you don't have a partner you'll still can accomplish all the exercises. They should be made forcing the member or the thorax to cause tension in the muscles along the body. The pain is inevitable but necessary. This way will know your muscle is working.

ATTENTION: Don't do balancings movement when you're close of your limit. At this point you or your partner should maintain the position in steadying without relaxing the tension.

Stay fixed during 10 to 30 seconds. If you tolerate more it will still be better. Be careful and don't exaggerate in the beginning. Start going until a medium point of your elasticity slowly. Repeat the same exercise several times always trying to reach a more distant point without returning to the previous point. Among the attempts relax about 30 seconds at the most without leaving your body get cold.



Try to relax yourself liberating the muscle. It will extend more easily.
The pain is inevitable. Then, it's a good idea know how to work with it. It's not easy, I admit, but it's perfectly possible to get control pain (image 2). The secret is the concentration. While the time doesn't finish don't think about the pain you're feeling. Also do avoid to think in negative words as "Oh, I won't get! " or "shit, time doesn't pass" and other things like this. Do think about your mind objective. Look a point of reference and think with yourself "today I reach you". About me it works pretty good and the pain decreases and the stretching becomes more easy to do.

A frequent reaction at children is the crying. I regretted in the beginning but I did stay strongly until the final countdown. That's just one form the child to manifest the pain. Don't worry if you start to cry. At last the pain of stretching doesn't remain more than one second after relaxing. But you should have determination and willpower to overcome that. In the course of time and with a regular practice, you won't crying anymore. I guarantee!

To be a flexible people in the future you should begin to practice and to train soon at childhood. To begin early is the best thing to do for who practices Gymnastics, Contortiont or dance. If you are adult, don't to be sad because the flexibility can be reacquired with an appropriate training. Obviously you will have to have more patience because the process will be long and it will probably hurt more too.
