| The Gymnastics
is composed of three main points: the Force, the Agility, and the
Flexibility. I could talk a lot of things about the first two ones.
There are great publications about the optimizing of the force and
of the agility in the kids. But I should limit to the main subject
from our site: Flexibility.
The beginning is always difficult in all the sports. It's also
in the gymnastics, mainly when we refer in flexibility. I should
admit that point becomes a little easier when we compared the
elastic potential of a child's muscles with the one from an adult.
