Clothes

The sport's industry developed much in the last years and it's possible
get clothes for every kind of sport, besides Gymnastics. Even so, hard
rigidity doesn't exist for the choice of the clothes that you should
use to train your flexibility. The ideal thing is to get one of those
special clothes (Leotard, shorts, warm clothing etc) to practice it.
But it's not really necessary. Use your own clothes proceeding, obviously,
some cares that can help you:
1 - the clothes shouldn't disturb the apprentice in your movements;
2 - do not use very hot or heavy clothes to train. Obey the climate;
3 - do not use shorts or leotard extremely tight ;
4 - do not use sharp accessories, or any object that can disturb the
movements.
5 - you should feel good and comfortable with the clothes that you are
using.

Leotard:
This is the clothes more used by the girls in the Gymnastics.
Your characteristic in adjusting perfectly to the child's
body makes a good performance when the girl is executing
quick, explosive and agiles movements. Pay attention on
arms and legs members. They are free to do all of the exercises!
If you have a trainer or somebody who can help in your exercises
he will be able to observe the anatomical elements of your
body (muscles, tendons, articulations etc) then he also
can to manage the several types of exercises.
Besides all this the leotard is a clothing that show the
beautiful contours of the body and the beauty of the gymnast.

Leotard
and just Short:
There are leotard specially made for boys and it can be
used combining others clothes as shorts, gymnastics pants
and stockings. Using those combinations the properties of
the leotard doesn't lose its quality. The child should be
careful when he will acquire that garment because, if it's
too tight in her body, it can cause uncomfortable in his
chick! He, he!!
Remember that the uniform should be exactly in your body
and it is different to be tight.

just Short:
The Gymnastics shorts is short. He can be fairer or
wider depending of the material it's made. The shorts of
Nylon haven't a rate of elasticity. Then it should be a
little wider and with lateral openings, similar to the athletics
shorts. In opposition to the Nylon the fabric shorts (cotton)
can be fairer since you obey the size numbering indicate
for the manufacturer or it will tear during a split performance.
Although the shorts to be popular among the boys, the girls
also can use the shorts, combining or not with other clothes.

Warm
sport clothings:
Suitable for times of low temperatures as in the winter,
the warm clothing will protect you of cold and of draughts
that can reach you while your body is hot because of the
exercises. The cotton fabrics are more indicated for activities
that don't demand amounts of perspiration. If you transpire
a lot or want to do aerobic exercises (cooper, jogging,
bicycle etc) you will need synthetic materials that don't
absorb the perspiration of your body. The polyamide is indicated.
It is important don't use warm clothings fairer in your
body. Besides heat up you, it cannot absorb the perspiration
that leaves your skin. The spontaneous evaporation of perspiration
will provides the balance of the intern temperature of your
body.
