Shorts
and shirts:
Don't worry if you don't have or don't want to obtain special
clothes to Gymnastics. In their lack you can use a common
shirt that is kept since a long time in your wardrobe. It
can be used with a combination of shorts fair or wide, gymnastics
pants, leotard and any other clothes that you want.

Karate
gi:
This is an special vestiment for the practice of martial
arts (Karate, Judo, Kung-Fu, Jiu-jitsu). it is too wide
to provide free movement of legs and arms, essential for
the good adjustment of the blows. There is not any problem
to use the separate parts from the karate gi (shirt or pants)
to stretching and to practice exercises.
A special care to use Karate gi is to verify its size in
relation to your body. If the the one is very small in you,
it will easily tear during the splits and it will certainly
hinder all your movements.

Briefs or swim clothing
If you are warmer, getting ready to go sleep or justly
finished the bath, you can do the stretching workout using
briefs (if you often use). It's good to remind that, obviously,
you should be at your own home, he, he, he!!
The speedo swim trunk can be perfectly used during your
workout training. And with an advantage: you can use it
in several public places like clubs and beaches. Use all
the resources that you have. |

Top
and lycra shorts
This is a vestiment very used in aerobic gymnastic by the
girls. Top presses the breasts against the thorax fixing
then during the practice of exercises. This way the girls
can be more comfortable to do dificult body moves. It is
also common to use Top under the shirt, karate gi or warm
clothing.
The lycra shorts is used faired in the child's body and
it has enough elasticity to support all the exercises without
any problem.
