Stretch pants and tank top

This kind of pants can be used in any sport because it has properties that don't disturb the athlete's movements. Very used by girls it has a rate of elasticity and it's made with a material that doesn't absorb the perspiration of the body, as the cotton fabrics.

It's a beautiful vestiment and it can be easily combined with any other clothes.


   
   

Stockings and socks

When the weather is cold, use a stocking. It will warm you if you're using a leotard. You must to be care when choosing the cloth. Don't workout with new stocking because it break up easily if you dash yourself in some sharp object. The stocking can be treated as an accessory because it just aids the girl in your activities.

The common socks are dispensable unless you want to protect the feet of the temperature of the ground if it's too cold. As well as the stockings, use the old sock pairs because they will be much dirty on end of the training.


   
   

Abdominal band:

This accessory is used to protect the column when you do exercises that demand impact. Besides correcting the posture the band also gives safety to the gymnast in backbends (as in the picture side). You, who's just beginning, can spare the abdominal band. But if you have high flexibility it is a good idea to consult a physiotherapist before buy one.

In general the children don't need to use abdominal bands because your weight in relation to the own spine is small and it doesn't cause any damage, if you do everything in a correct way.

   
   

Kneepads:

The kneepads protect the knee of eventual lesions caused by falls and scratches. It give comfort when the exercises are practiced in rigid or irregular surfaces . As it is an accessory and any kneepads can be used. Get a Volleyball kneepads with a little care its size and its tension. If it's very tight in your legs it can arrest your circulation, causing tinglings and muscular sleeping.
